what section should I select while registering Form 12A for a trust. The trust is newly formed one. Formed on Nov 2020. Applying for the first time.

Following documents are mandatory.
1. form 10 g
2. registration certificate
3. trust pan
4.utility bill copy
5. noc from the owner.
