12 days left for exam, still totally unprepared

I skipped the May 2012 attempt of IPCC because I wasn't prepared. Now, I am in the same position again. I am familiar with the subjects. But I am not at all prepared. Should I try to get exemptions or study all subjects of group 1? I am confused and tense. I can't focus because of this. I'll appreciate if you guys can guide me through this. I am in a state of panic. My parents gave me one chance but I screwed it. And again I did the same thing.

Can you give me some important tips for studying? What are the topics I should focus on? Please suggest some study pattern. I'll appreciate it.

a ca student is nvr fully prepared. I m in a similar state but i m confident that i will do well. Fear will not give u marks. Go bindaas.

I am not at all prepared. I don't know squat about the minorities of the subject. I have completely negleted studies. I have no interest in the subjects except for FM. I am thinking about quitting CA, going for graduation and then doing CFA in my final year. Please guide me. Am I heading the wrong way?

k by trying nothing happens so face it .first in accounts prepare standards perfctly and amalgamation or partnership or incomplete re,ords or nontrading concersns any two fromthe above and take a look at small chapters takes max 3hrs accounts exmption easy with abv plan Law.moa and aoa general meetings bonus gratuity pf .briefly read entire ethics and communication attempt full paper pass guarantee. Cfm.easy chapters and entire theory concentrate on fm for problems and basics in costing Tax brief study of five heads and idt Hope you try these

Dear Kalyani, I feel you need mental stability to focus on what you can and what you cannot do. Do meditation for 15 minutes daily without thinking of anything. It will clear your mind from multiple thoughts. Then attempt first theory subjects. You cannot remember theory easily but you dont forget also the same easily. Focus on practical subjects like accounts, costing and tax as the exam comes near. It will give you confidence. All the Best.

Thanks a lot, Sasikanth. That was exactly what I needed. Exam fear does strange things to your mind. Thanks everyone.

aaraam se padai karo.................don't get tensed..........Jo subject achaa lagta hai , pehle vo yoh kam se kam padh kar exemption to le lo........next attempt ki baad mein sochna.........

Atleast One week to try kar hi sakte hain...........bassss........jitna padho...acchhhaaa padna.....

Baaki exam mein jo one-day holiday mila hai.....uska poora use karna.....

best of luck.........everything will gonna alright............

@ Kalyani

Skiping the Exam is a mistake. At least you should try, whatever the result is.

Now don't think about exemption. Just try to pass all subjects of group 1.

For this, give equal time to all subjects of gr. 1.

Since time is not enough, Have scannar in hand and know the important chapters and questions.

Then prepapre the most important chapters according to your analysis.

Best wishes
