I had submitted 112 form for doing CFA course. However there was a delay of almost 18 days. This is the letter I got from the Institute which said:
We may mention here that the form 112 is to be submitted within 30 days of joining the additional course. It is seen that the application has been submitted after a delay of 18 days.
We hereby inform you that the delay in submission of form 112 for permission to study CFA course has been condoned, by the competent authority, as a special case.
However, please note that notwithstanding this condonation, your enrollment as a member of the Institute, as and when you apply for the same, after completion of the CA course, would get delayed, as per rules, on account of delay in submission of form 112.
Will there be problems when I apply for ICAI membership? Please kindly guide me.
