I'm running a sole proprietorship printing company. I am confused if I can file ITR 4S or have to file ITR4 instead. There is so much confusion if a proprietorship owner can use ITR-4S in general.

If books of accounts maintained you can use ITR-4 if not maintained you may use ITR4S
