of tax payment in cash

while i am checking his profile in gst portal, showing % of tax in cash is NA, while his slab should be 0-2%.

My question is what should we do, OR
it dose not matter

My quary is that my client profile showing NA, While he set off his outeard liability out electronic credit ledger as well as cash ledger too.
than why it is showing NA
Instead off NA there should be a slab
