While filing form-8 for LLP on MCA website, even after following required system requirements the error is persistent "Need to attach mandatory DSC xxxxx" where xxxxx represents DIN number of Designated Partner.
Online searches show that people face this issue very frequently yet there are hardly any solution to it. Can somebody please guide ? I've been trying to upload this form since some 15 days now. Even multiple CAs are finding it hard to solve this. Their view is that it is MCA's bug and they only can resolve it. If anybody has filed this Form-8 please help.
