hey koi toh reply karee i need u r valuable suggestions plzzz do reply...........!!!!!!

Hey i think it depends on your area of interest no doubt both career options are good but the area of studies are different. Dont think only from job prospective........For IAS u should be an Allrounder and CA is a professional course which provide u expertise in area of Finance and corporate affairs.

So u need to think again.

That was not expert advice just my own point of view.

I have also the same answer as given by Sweta Gera.

C.A. and I.A.S are two completely different careers. How can you get confused between the two. People who are successful in any of these elite careers are treated with high level of respect. For any profession you need flair for it.
' What do you want to become and do throughout your remaining life' is more important?

C.A. as you must know is a career in finance field and you got to have interest in finance and laws specifically plus have good mathematical mind.

For I.A.S you need to have high level of intelligence, good academic record and tremendous determination to clear the exam.

You can also first do C.A and then I.A.S which will also boost your chance of getting selected in interview stage of UPSC exams. Many C.A.'s have cleared UPSC exam and have made good name in administrative field.

Don't just think from the angle of job. A good C.A. will get any job he wants. If he does not get one then that would mean that the boy deserves more only and not less. C.A. is a high profile field and requires hard work and dedication not just during the passing stage but also after clearing all the exams.

Many IAS leave their job because of reduced job satisfaction due to constant political interference and hypocrisy.

Don't just day dream. Take decision only when you can perfectly say that you can be or try to be the best in that particular field. Indecision for too long is not a good thing...............

I suggest to to for IAS if u want to do some thing more than a CA. CA. is a professional person who provides service to his clients only, and IAS has more operating area rather than a CA. If u r good at G.K., maths, history etc go for it.

Listen everybody but follow ur self.

iam shocked that people after becomin ca ARE not getting job from campus placement

i analyze the job prespectus of icai .it shows too low job placement only 1 ca is placed out of 10 ca's

In simple word ager itna hard work kiya hoo upper se job na millee to dukh too hota hai na

DISCLAINER:_ iam not hurting those people who are doin ca because it depends on you for getting job or not

Well-said Boss.. CA is over-hyped.. Its tough to clear but only few benefit.. Rest are just drifting around like nobodies..

If  you can deal well with people, politics, money , issues and contraversies .DO IAS.

If You can only deal well with Money,People and work  then DO CA.

You can Get a gooh job doing Ca even if you don't get campus interviews. But it only takes time, caliber

and persistence.

A CA IS THE KING IN THE SOCIETY.NO QUESTION OF BEING JOBLESS!!!!!!!!

@ chuck u r point is base less

Dude,,.IAS is extreamly difficult to get through - yes it guarantees a job but getting thorugh is very very difficult.

CA is difficult too though not as much as IAS (my personal opinion) - Yes CA also gets you a job as well. You may be not able to get through in placement but you may be able to get a job off placement.

IAS - you can even do after your CA.
