Was constantly sent demand notices for a sum (FY09-10) that had been paid and correctly showed in 26AS. Filed several letters with the CPC and also, filed a rectification request before the stipulated 3 years were over.
The demand notices stopped.
A strange thing has happened.
Neither the rectification request nor the returns for the last 2 years have been processed. No communication whatsoever has been received at the email ID.
I wonder why ....
