***GSTR 9***

Dear sir/madam,

If a person has set up two business in two different states having same PAN no. and one of the business's turnover exceeds the threshold limit of 2 crore and the other doesn't then in this case do i have to file annual return for both or only for the exceeding one ?
Kindly confirm.

Quick Summary

You have to file both , refer section 2(6) of the CGST act 2017 , your aggregate turnover will be computed person having the same PAN to on all India basis .
GSTR 9 has to be filed for both
