i think interstate purchases are recored with addition to taxes
D-VAT -30 has Three columns sepret purchase and tax = total purchase
You can demond from Department with Tax for your Convenience. if you demond without Tax you should submitt all Reconciliation showing seperet Purchase amount and CST amount to deprtment by tallying your monthaly return submitted. in monthly return you have submitted Central purchase against Form c (With CST Amount). so it is advice to fillup ST2A with sales tax (Gross) amount.
