Can the guardian on behalf of a minor sign the MOA?

Minor can't become the subscriber of MOA
mode of acquiring membership- by subscripttion to MOA &AOA.
Minor cannot become member of co.since he is not competent to enter into contract. But co.law board held that a minor applying through his guardian for being register as a member was entitled to be so registered ,if shares are fully paid up.
