( his quest was: one do hard work with dedication but dont get recognition but other do little work and get recognition why its so?????)

@ Kaya: Yes general stuff and everyone thinks but no one steps on it..... as it is difficult in begining and can be achived with the experience....

Balu you are going on the wrong track.

If you are not satisfied with the job you have and if you cant change your mentality that there is a politics behind your failure then why dont you leave that place? Go wherever you want, wherever you like to work. But remember one thing, you have to prove yourself in any situation even its the politics there. Then play the politics also. If you want to win then dont care about others just concentrate on your work and keep your mind on for playing the game.

Life is a game and you have to learn how to play it or accept that you cant play it, thats all. But, for this you have to change your thinking, otherwise no chance.

Kaya's answer is good, just you are reading with wrong thoughts in your mind.

OK THINK ON IT. AND ANSWER YOUR COMPETITORS WITH THE SAME TRICKS THEY PLAY WITH YOU.
