Can you please clarify my doubts With regard to 100% EOU, Our company is Research & Development in pharmaceuticals 1) How to Claim AP VAT paid on purchase ? what forms we need to submit for getting refund of VAT ? we have no local sale. 2) How to get refund of service tax paid on Securities contract and others? 3) Is R&D is comes under Service ? if it yes, under what service it will come ? 4) what is procedure for getting refund of Central Excise paid ? Actually we are giving CT-3 for purchases but some purchase we got material by payment of Central excise. what returns we need to submit for getting CE Refund ? -
