: IGST claimed as CGST & SGST
Dear Sir In below query you have mentioned that it can be corrected in GSTR-9 https://www.caclubindia.com/experts/wrong-cgst-sgst-itc-claimed-instead-of-igst-in-fy-2017-18-2740589.asp I have a similar query, In FY 18-19, IGST of Rs.60000 has been wrongly claimed CGST & SGST of Rs30000 each. No correction made in subsequent returns upto Sep’19. However, the net tax payable after such ITC availment is paid under the correct head. How to show this in GSTR-9? Will the IGST lapse? Please help
