Section - 64 - Vacancies or defects in appointment not to invalidate orders
Vacancies or defects in appointment not to invalidate orders64. No act or proceeding of the District Commission, the State Commission or the National Commission shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.
