Section - 57 - Other officers and employees of National Commission
Other officers and employees of National Commission57. ( 1) The Central Government shall provide, in consultation with the President of the National Commission, such number of officers and other employees to assist the National Commission in the discharge of its functions as it may think fit.(2) The officers and other employees of the National Commission shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the President of the National Commission.(3) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and other employees of the National Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.
