Trick to Display Worksheet without Macro

An excel file may have different worksheets. Each sheet may have different data, content, object etc.. When there are many worksheets the user can be able to access the worksheets by scrolling and click on the respective sheets. To repeat the same it may consume them as well appears tedious. However, if there an menu based option available it will help the user to reduce the time and perform effectively.
