According to para 5.10 (b) of Hank Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 EPCG Authorization holder may export through third party also for fulfillment of export obligation. Vide Policy Circular No 3/2015-20 dated 02.09.2015 it is clarified that this facility is also available to EPCG Authorizations issued prior to 01.04.2015. Third party exports made prior 01.04.2015 will also be counted for discharge of export obligation. #pdf
