We wish to inform that the Southern India Regional Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is organizing the 13th ALL INDIA COMPANY LAW QUIZ for Students of ICSI. The National Level Competition will be held on Friday, the 26th July, 2013 at ICSI-SIRC House, 9, Wheat Crofts Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai â€“ 600 034. The competition will be held in three tiers viz. Chapter level, Regional level and National level. . Accordingly, the Kochi Chapter is organising chapter level Company Law Quiz Programme on Friday, 05 July 2013 at 03:00 pm at the Chapter premises, Second Floor, Mather Square, Opp. North Railway station, Ernakulam-18. The winning team will be eligible to participate in the Regional Level competition to be held on Friday, the 12th July, 2013 at 3.00 p.m. at â€œICSI-SIRC Houseâ€, No.9, Wheat Crofts Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai â€“ 600 034. The winning team comprising of not more than two students in each Region will be participating in the National Level event to be held on Friday, the 26th July, 2013 at Chennai. Course contents for the Quiz will be Companies Act, 1956 and the circulars / notifications / guidelines issued by MCA. Eligibility to participate is only to registered students of ICSI. Practising Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants are not eligible to participate. Registration form and rules attached.
