Coverage of New legislation on Companies. The said legislation passed by Raj sabha on 18th December 2013; on 8th August 2013 by Raj Sabha and the same was published in Official gazette on 29th August 2013. As far as commencement of sections concern, the only 98 sections has been notified by MCA by notification dated 12th September 2013 and rest yet to be notified. the said legislation moved by MCA before law ministry for vetting; which looking for commencement of entire provisions by April, 2014. #pptx
