Dear Sir, If one holds 5 FDRs, as per your format only one entry is permitted, there is no option add row, for this reason, one will have to submit 5 form no.15H, limit of senor citizen for FY 2015-16 IS 3 lacs whereas in your format same accepts the form upto the income of 2.5 lacs. Kindly look into the matter.

Sir I am not able to download this file. I am using Kingsoft Spread Sheet. Is it compatible with it?.
This will work in Excel 2010 and above only.I will upload another file compatible for Excel bellow 2010
