It is prudent to highlight the limited review of the important provision of THE FARMERS (EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION) AGREEMENT ON PRICE ASSURANCE AND FARM SERVICES ACT, 2020, THE ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020 NO. 22 OF 2020 and THE FARMERS’ PRODUCE TRADE AND COMMERCE (PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2020 all the three acts, on as is basis- without putting any masala.It appears that these acts are quite beneficial to the farmers and shall improve their farm income, of course the current system will work parallelly.
