CPT form is designed in ICR format and is now available for download by Students. This form is not a replacement for CPT prospectus. Students downloading this form will have to pay Rs. 100/- (one hundred only) along with the registration fee at the time of submission of the form duly filled-in all respects. ICR form will facilitate data extraction using digitization techniques and is targeted towards automation of CPT registration process. Students are therefore advised to use ICR form complying with the instructions given above. #pdf
