The attached file contains the complete code along with the Excel workbook. In the MasterCode sheet, you only need to fill a few header cells with details such as Client ID, Client Secret, Deployment ID, Web App URL, Google Sheet URL, Web App 2, and Deployment ID 2. The package also includes a small Notepad file with code snippets used in Google Sheets (Apps Script) to export data from Excel to Google Sheets and to import updated data back from Google Sheets into Excel, while the shared Google Sheet acts as the online database for users. In this setup, the admin works on the local Excel file and shares the Google Sheet with users; when the admin imports data, any mismatched records are displayed for review, or the admin can choose to upload directly without comparison, as each sheet has buttons for Send Data, Compare Data, and Import Data. This kind of Excel–Google Sheets integration is a common approach for automating two‑way data exchange between local workbooks and cloud spreadsheets. #zip
