Mr. Vikram Sharma is a partner of PVR & Associates. He has vast Knowledge in Risk Based Internal Audit and providing Risk advisory services to various enterprises.
He is currently look after Corporate Finance & Legal Advisory work of the firm which undertake litigation matters pertaining to Income Tax, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and Transfer Pricing. He supervise the tax audit, statutory audit assignments, transfer pricing and issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to DTAA.
He is providing Business set up or Structure services to clients in India and outside India.
