I am a Fellow Member of the ICAI, Member of the ICSI and Certified Valuer (ICAI). In the 3 years of my CA Articleship Training, I got practical exposure to Accounting issues, Financial Statements, Audits, Basic Tax compliance etc.
Thereafter once I qualified my CA, I joined Corporate Professionals Group in 2006 that started its Legal/Financial Practice in 2003 itself. Initially, I took lead in setting up and improving Systems, Controls, MIS and Financial Management of my Organisation. Thereafter, I got inclined towards Court approved Mergers and Valuations and then shifted focus more towards high end Transaction Advisory-conceptualization of Strategy Planning and Implementation, International Tax & Forex Advisory and setting up of an Independent Valuation Department.
Latest on my Passion is to take Valuation Services on the highest level by penetrating into the niche valuation services as it unfolds into a Discipline in India. More recently, I have also been part of Global team working on International Listing opportunities and spearheading innovative in-house developed products like Corporate Value Enhancer aimed at unlocking the Value of hidden jewels in Capital Markets and also for Companies planning to raise funds by suggesting & performing a chain of planned and legitimate corporate actions.
