He has experience in preparing “what if” tables for strategic decision by the top management; - He is managing the Treasury function of big corporates and responsible for all type of liasoning with banks and other financial institutions; - He has undertaken various tasks like debt financing through bank/financial institutions, external commercial borrowings as well as raising of capital through equity, raising of foreign currency convertible bonds and buyback thereof, issue of warrants etc. for big corporates.
