Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a PG in MIS. Have 40+ years of industrial experience and this includes, Printing & Publishing, Automobiles (Trading), Chemicals Manufacturing, Textiles, Mining, Automobiles ancillaries (Mfg), Engineering, Industrial Cleaning Equipments, Power Generation (Hydel & Steam Turbines) and Information Technology (STPI Unit) . I have worked in MNCs and Domestic Companies with foreign collaboration.
Currently a freelance focusing only on some specific areas. Very recently discussed, drafted and concluded a Software Development Agreement between a MNC and a well known Indian Software Company.
More interested in setting up systems, drafting polcies and procedures for Finance & Accounts, Compliance Management, Cost Control and Management Audit
