I am a Bachelor of Commerce and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I am founder partner of RANJ & Associates, Company Secretaries, based at Hyderabad, India. At RANJ i administer matters pertaining to foreign direct investment, corporate finance & private equity placement, capital market, corporate restructuring, intellectual property rights (IPRs), economic laws, brand management.

Also a regular contributor in 'Corporate Secretary', a monthly newsletter of Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI and The Editor, RANJ Corporate Updates.

Latest on my passion is study of Competiton law as it unfolds in India.
