I am a qualified chartered accountant. I have three years of post qualification exprience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Taxation. I am working as Asst. Manager (Acs and Finance) in Hari Machines Ltd (heavy engineering and capital goods manufacturing unit). Presently I am handling Group of 8 to 10 persons in department. I am basically dealing with the direct taxation function. I am expert in Corporate Taxation, Corporate International Taxation, Personal Income tax and tax saving, Tax deducted at Source and return, rectification thereof as well as I am very well versed with Custom,exise, exim and service tax laws prevailaint in India. I actively involved in implementation of Indian GAAP in accounting system of my organisation, preparation of financial statements as per revised schedule VI. Before qualification I have a good exposure in conducting audit of every form.
