  • End-to-end strategic consulting to software product businesses covering product management, sales and distribution, pricing and customer support.
  • India entry strategy for digital products
  • Frugal automation consulting to SMEs and non-profit organisations

:: Key Ventures ::

  • Founded Fast Facts in the year 2000 which rapidly rose to become a prominent player in the compliance software market in India. The business of Fast Facts was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2012 ( thereafter acquired by NewGen in 2019)
  • Co-founded SahiGST – a cloud-based GST compliance portal in 2017. The business of SahiGST was acquired by Vayana Network in 2018
  • Other ventures built during the last 10 years include a payroll management company, a legal portal, a platform for expert mentoring of SME Entrepreneurs and a travel portal for the Jain community.
  • My latest venture is Proactly : Compliance Management Solution
