About me
I am the founder of TaxKitab, an accounting, tax and compliance firm
based in Hadapsar, Pune, established in 2017.
We work with growing businesses across India on GST, income tax, TDS,
payroll and ROC compliance, supported by associate Chartered
Accountants, a Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant. We also
support accounting firms in the UK and US with India-side bookkeeping
and reporting.
I write on practical compliance topics: GST return filing and notices,
TDS and TCS obligations, payroll and labour compliance, and the
transition to the Income-tax Act, 2025. The focus is on what
practitioners and business owners actually encounter in day-to-day
work, rather than theory.
