After passing my CA exams in 1986 I worked with OWM Group of Companies at Ludhiana specifically associated with Oswal Fats and Oils Ltd., Jaladiwal- Raikot- Ludhiana and dealing with all works accounts including stores accounting and production accounting, input output analysis and costing under the daily parta system with specialization in Capitalization of Complete Project Cost since inception till successful commercial production under the able guidance of General Manager Sh. A.T. Satyanarayana and Director Sh. Kamal Oswal. Later on within the group joined Punjab Con-cast Steels Ltd. as its MIS Manager and drafted the MIS systems and procedures for the first time in the whole OWM Group in association with Sh. B.K. Gupta , an expert in MIS. Before joining Oswal Fats, worked in close association with and under direct reporting to Sh. Neelam Oswal looking after all accounting aspects of purchase, sale, debtor control, creditor control, production accounts, payroll, works audit, and bank Finance for Mukerian Paper Mills, Mukerian; Besides handling the capacity and modernization programme of the Mill.

Later on joined Thapar Agro Group of companies at Ludhiana specifically associated with Thapar Ispat Ltd. in successsfully implementing the complete project and expansion program in my capacity as General Manager looking after Finance, Secreterial department( listed company ),Accounts, Project implementation , liaisoning with all government departments, production, imports of raw material and diversification in other areas/ projects as a key person of Thapar Ispat Group under the able guidance of its Managing Director Sh. Aseem Thapar.

Presently practising in area of Project Finance- term loans, working capital, lease finance; Taxation, Audit, Statutory Compliances, ROC matters and filing under MCA21, appearing before various TAx authorities including ITAT, CLB and JDGFT to name a few; with offices in Ludhiana, Bhatinda & Delhi.
