A Practicing Company Secretary, proprietor of A Manish Kumar & Co. and Founder Partner of Corporate Salahkar & Associates with over 7 years of experience. A graduate in commerce from University of Calcutta, Masters from IGNOU, LLB from North Orissa University and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is the past secretary and Vice-Chairman of the Hooghly chapter of ICSI EIRC.
