About me
A Practicing Company Secretary, proprietor of A Manish Kumar & Co. and Founder Partner of Corporate Salahkar & Associates with over 7 years of experience. A graduate in commerce from University of Calcutta, Masters from IGNOU, LLB from North Orissa University and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is the past secretary and Vice-Chairman of the Hooghly chapter of ICSI EIRC.
He looks after Company Law and NCLT matters of the company. He has reached more than 20,000 students over the years by way of seminars, career awareness and other programmes.
