Dear Professionals,

I am ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ACSI from Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, United Kingdom, Intermediate from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkatta. I am currently based in Mumbai, India and working as Head-Legal & Company Secretary of a Iron & Steel Player having group turnover of more than Rs. 2500 crores. I carry more than 11 years of work experience into fields of finance, audit, legal & due diligence, compliance etc.

I believe in taking initiatives and doing things with full of zeal and enthusiasm, which has played a very prominent part in my work and personal life. Keeping updated with the developments concerning our life and that of others excites me a lot and push hard to take time out for keeping abreast with same the moment it takes place.

For the reason, i believe possession of knowledge is equally important like right use of knowledge and i believe in sharing of knowledge also. It gives others an opportunity to know me more.

I like to be challeneged at all times and love to face competition for my own interests leading to growth. This gives me opportunity to unfold more and improvise.
