I'm a qualified Company Secretary, LL.B and a Commerce Graduate from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Delhi University. Currently working as a Manager- Legal, Company Secretary and Compliance, in an MNC situated in Noida.I have enriching experience of more than five years in handling Corporate Litigation under Corporate Laws and Corporate Arbitrations.
I have penned various articles, opinions under GST, Customs Act and Excise Act including articles under Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
