We ARYANS SHA & CO. are rendering professional services in the field of ACCOUNTING, AUDITING and TAXATION (Direct and Indirect). To have clear idea about the area of services we thought it desirable to put the same in writing which will help you to know about our area of services.

At the same time this will also help us in timely completion of all the provisions of various Acts and Laws, following works

1) Registration of Company under Company Law, MVAT ACT, CST Act and Profession Tax Act.

2) Registration of business under Shop Act, Partnership Dee, Proprietor act.

3) Statutory Registration i.e. PAN, TAN, VAT, CST, Excise, Service Tax, Profession Tax, Provident Fund, Import Export Code etc.

4) To inform about the payment of Sales Tax / MVAT & CST Tax under the respective Acts in time & to file the returns.

5) To e file “C” Form Applications as required.

6) To inform about the payment of Profession Tax of the Company, Directors & Employees.

7) All Types of Account Writing Work

8) We are doing work of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)

However it is implied that timely completion of all the provisions of the Acts & Laws also requires your contribution for supply of information & documents sufficiently in advance which will give us enough time to study & analyze the information within the framework of law.
