About me
I am a Practicing Company Secretary, having experience and exposure of different kinds of assignments ranging from Open Offer, Takeover & PIT Compliances, Listing Compliances, Legal & Company Law Matters. I have been engaged as a Company Secretary & Compliances officer of a Private Limited Company and handled the assignment of Initial Public Offer independently to list its securities at the SME Platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange having words with the different authorities and government departments like NSLD, CDLS, Bankers, ROC, RD, MCA, RTA, Merchant Banker, BSE Officials & DPs etc. Having exposure of working with different organisation, Merchant Banker, Listed Company and Practicing Professional and Law Firm, I am running a Professional Organisation known as "SV DOSAR & ASSOCIATES, COMPANY SECRETARIES, to provide the corporate services in the best interest of clients and to make sure them to be law complied always.
