Hi,

I am Neha Bhardwaj, currently working with Barclays PLC, Noida.

Academically I have completed graduation (in BCom Hons) from Delhi University and PG (MCom) from IGNOU along with being full time involved in pursuing CA profession.

I completed my three and a half years of Articleship and after a break of around 2 years, I got my first job in Dec'13 as an Associate with ValueOnShore Services. I got the opportunity to work with some great clients including AT&T Communications & Interglobe Aviations (commonly known as Indigo Airlines).

I moved ahead from ValueOnShore and joined Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd in Aug'15 as a TL in FP&A profile. My role included reporting and analysis of the headcount and related costs every month for one of the telecom giant MNC.

After spending a year and half with Accenture, I moved to Barclays Shared Services as Assistant Manager in Cost Management department. I work with my on-shore colleagues in managing the budget of my area and evaluating the variances between actuals and forecast. Cost management is an area of great learning and I intend to hone my skills in this field.
