I have been filing and prosecuting Trademark, Copyright, Patent and Design applications and proceedings before the Registry and IP Board, Filing of International Trademarks Registration Worldwide. I have been doing investigation Services on IPR (Trademarks and Copyrights) and handling of matters and /cases pertaining to Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents and Designs before the relevant court and Authorities. Domain Name Registration and other related services of Domain name Company Formation/registration, NGO Registration, Society Registration, IEC Registration, Trust Registration, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Vat, Excise, Books of Accounts Auditing and Complete Financial & Taxation Consultancy within India. I have been drafting different types of agreements and contracts, sale deeds, agreement to sell, gift deeds, WILLS, license and lease agreements, franchisee agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc, banking services such as debt recovery, litigation for recovery of loans and criminal actions for cheque bounce, cheating and fraud etc. Handling cases related to commercial and property laws which includes handling of matters pertaining to property, landlord-tenant dispute, recovery suits, suits for damages, declaration etc and cases related to consumer protection in District Forums, State Commission and National Commission. Also an experience in handling and attending of divorce petitions, alimony claims, matrimonial settlements, guardianship issues, child custody & maintenance and other family laws and getting the attestation & apostille of documents by the Indian Authorities
