Brief Profile

I am academically very sound and having strong bent of analytical mind with problem solving attitude. I am Commerce and Law graduate with continuously updating my knowledge & skill that makes me distinguishes from others. I have also passed the courses of Registered Valuer and Internal Audit conducted by ICSI. I have also acquired the certificate in course of International Business Taxation and is permanently registered with IBBI as Insolvency Professional (IP).

I am a multidisciplinary and seasoned professional having vast experience of more than fifteen years in the field of Corporate Management, restructuring, rehabilitation, compromises, mergers & amalgamations, Financing, Compliance, Governance, Taxation and due diligence. I am expert in drafting of appeals & petitions, formation of joint ventures, Secretarial functions, working capital and Term Loan sourcing, Indirect Taxation. I am having great representational skills before the authorities and persons. I do assists advocates and professionals in Sarfaesi Act matters and Company Cases before high CLB, DRT, NCLT and High courts apart from advising and consulting to the clients in India and abroad.

I have been the past chairman of the Kanpur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI elevated from the post of secretary and vice-chairman. I have served the profession of company secretaries in committees set up by the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I have also been the member of core group of the GST constituted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at Head Quarter. I am member of Insolvency and Bankrupcy Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.

I am an eminent speaker in seminars and workshops being organizing by ICSI and ICWAI, and have the repute of national level. He has been instrumental in roll out of the MCA21 Project in the state of Uttar Pradesh during the time of my association with TCS as the Manager RFO.
