I did B.Com from Meerut University in 1988 and thereafter joined Chartered Accountancy course through ICAI. I did my three years Articleship training from M/s Sapra Sharma & Associates, Daryaganj.

Having over 20 years experience in Accounts & Finance and currently associated with M/s Kriti Inter Trade, a Kriti Group company in NSEZ Noida. Adept at handling entire spectrum of accounting matters viz. preparation/ finalization of accounts while ensuring adherence to accounting norms and compliance of Statutory and Regulatory provisions till Balance Sheet finalisation. Preparing & filing Income tax return, Sales tax return, and Service tax returns, E-TDS Returns, EPF Returns, ESIC Returns and ROC Returns and Finalization of Sales Tax Assessment.

Preparation of financial statements in a fully computerized environment, proficient in formulating various reports including MIS reports for monitoring movement of key business indicators to facilitate decision making and fruitful dissemination of information. Analyzed and interpreted accounting information, formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
