CA. Gaurav Pahuja is a Post Graduate in Commerce (Finance & Taxation) from IGNOU University, D.I.S.A. (ICAI) and a practicing Chartered Accountant with a professional approach towards work. He has Experience in almost every facet of the practice relating to Income Tax Consultancy, Internal and Statutory Audit, Banking Audit and is well conversant with International Taxation matters. Some of the prime areas that he addresses to Clients are Taxation Issues, Account Finalization, Registration matters and Affairs of Not for Profit Organizations. He has vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income Tax Act including appellate matters before Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) & Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He has to his credit numerous research articles which have been published by leading publishing houses in their respective journals & websites including Taxmann’s Corporate Professionals Today & Tax Law Weekly, Tax Guru, CAclubindia, CAsansaar, Manupatra etc.
