What do I Do?

I believe Taxpayers should spend their resources - and focus their attention - on growing their businesses; not on fire-fighting Transfer Pricing and Tax problems.
I prevent Transfer Pricing and Tax problems, by upfront careful planning.
I also conduct Training Programs for Professionals, to empower them in executing real-world Transfer Pricing assignments with confidence.

Experience

I have experience of 18 years in the area of Direct Taxes - 2 years as Senior Manager with Deloitte, 1 year as Tax Professional with a US CPA Firm, 4 years as a Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax Consultant in Mumbai, and 11 years as IRS Officer.

Education

I have studied Transfer Pricing and International Tax at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and Engineering at IIT Powai, Mumbai.
