Srittam has close to 14 years working at various levels and functions in the Finance and Accounting arena, and has spent the last 10 working for Wipro, Infosys and GE on prestigious international projects - earning multiple awards and recognition for his ‘Can-Do’ attitude and execution skills.

At his last job as Project Manager (ERP) with GE, he was reporting directly to the CXO level in US for all Oracle ERP implementation programs across US, Canada, UK and Singapore; responsible for schedule, budget, and quality norm adherence. Adding to his expertise in program management, he has extensive hands-on experience in various facets of accounting and finance - working at the SOP creation and process analysis levels.

His experience and exposure spans across financial planning & analysis, business process transition, and operation management of project accounting; Oracle Project implementation; ERP program management; and IT project management. He has also trained professionals on Oracle ERP, and contributes to solution design as part of his knowledge sharing passion.

He has also acted as compliance/FP&A lead for Genpact coe, and has practical end-to-end knowledge of BPO operations, also having re-engineered and transitioned numerous processes.

Srittam has earned multiple professional qualifications relating to his work area: he is from background Chartered Accountancy, MBA, LLB (Law Graduate), and is also a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt.

His present focus is process streamlining of various real-estate companies in India and the Middle-East using Oracle Project. His passion is ‘Simplifying Constantly’, and he aims to take StruFin to the leadership position in the world of solution design, process excellence and compliance
