We are a firm of professionals including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries
and Lawyers. We are offering a wide range of services including Company formation,
LLP Registration, Trademarks, VAT registration and Compliance, Income tax
Consultancy and Planning, Financial Planning, Guidance on Foreign Exchange
Regulations, and many more services.
The Main objective was to establish a complete legal firm providing all legal services in
teamwork spirit. Since inception, we attempted to combine practical experience in
Corporate Laws and Trademark Regulations with the needs of the Industry. At present
we have 2 offices in Mumbai and Affiliate offices at New Delhi and Kolkata.
