THE INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY CODE

(SECOND AMENDMENT)

ACT, 2020 NO. 17 OF 2020

[23rd September, 2020.]

An Act further to amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Second Amendment) Act, 2020.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of June, 2020.
