NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.

No. GST-1021/C.R. 43/Taxation-1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. MGST-1017/CR 193/Taxation-1, dated 24th October 2017, as follows, namely : -

In the said notification, for entry at Sr. No. (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely : -

“(2) Mr. Rajiv Magoo, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax”.
