NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.

No. GST-1021/C.R. 43/Taxation-1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. MGST-1017/CR 193/Taxation-1, dated 24th October 2017, as follows, namely : -

In the said notification, for entry at Sr. No. (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely : -

“(2) Mr. Rajiv Magoo, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax”.

FAQ :

Shri. Rajiv Magoo has been appointed as a member of the Maharashtra GST Advance Ruling Committee.

Shri. Rajiv Magoo is the Joint Commissioner of Central Tax.

The notification amends a previous government notification dated 24th October 2017 regarding the Maharashtra GST Advance Ruling Committee.

The appointment was made under the powers conferred by section 96 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
