FAQ :
The notification imposes a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride from China to protect the domestic industry from injury caused by dumped imports.

The provisional duty rates vary by producer: Shangyu Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has a rate of 2.41 USD/Kg, Zhejiang Langhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has a rate of 0.94 USD/Kg, Zhejiang Guobang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has a rate of 1.90 USD/Kg, and any other producer has a rate of 3.29 USD/Kg.
