These regulations come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Applicants must now confirm if they are a member of a recognised body or body corporate as specified under regulation 14.

The registration fee for individuals and firms at the time of grant of certificate is ₹3,000.

The registration fee for body corporates, including Limited Liability Partnerships, at the time of grant of certificate is ₹15,000.

Yes, the fees in the Second Schedule have been updated. For individuals and firms, the fee is ₹2,000, and for body corporates and LLPs, it is ₹10,000.

The renewal fee for individuals and firms is ₹1,000.
